Cancellation policy.
The time available to cancel depends on whether you ordered a physical product or a personalized digital report.

Physical products: 1-hour cancellation period
Cancellation requests for gemstones, ritual kits and other physical products must be submitted within 1 hour of placing the order. We can approve the request only if product verification, customization, ritual preparation, packing and dispatch have not started.
Personalized digital reports: 15-minute request period
Personalized reports usually begin generating immediately. If generation has not started, you may request cancellation within 15 minutes of successful payment. Once generation begins or a report link is created, the order is final and cannot be cancelled.
How to request cancellation
Email support@thenakshatra.in or use the contact page. Include your order number, payment reference, registered email address, mobile number and the reason for cancellation. The time at which we receive the complete request is used to determine whether it falls within the applicable cancellation period.
Cancellation confirmation
An order is cancelled only after you receive written confirmation from Nakshatra. If the order has already entered processing or dispatch, the cancellation request will be declined and the applicable return policy will apply.
Refund timeline for an approved cancellation
When a prepaid cancellation is approved, we initiate the refund to the original payment method within 7 working days. Banks, card networks and payment providers may take an additional 5–10 business days to show the credit after it has been initiated.
Orders that cannot be cancelled
- Physical orders already verified, prepared, customized, packed or dispatched.
- Personalized digital reports whose generation has started or completed.
- Requests submitted after the applicable 1-hour or 15-minute period.
- Orders for which complete identifying information is not provided in time.
